Amundi Hong Kong Limited ("Amundi Hong Kong") and Amundi Private Fund Management (Beijing) Co. Ltd. ("Amundi Beijing"), both of which are within the Amundi Asset Management Group, noticed the existence of mobile applications (APP) or electronic platforms (e.g., online communication software) that have committed fraud by impersonating the Amundi Asset Management Group and promoting counterfeit investment products or investment advisory services of the Amundi Asset Management Group.
The Amundi Asset Management Group hereby reminds clients and the public to stay alert to the authenticity and reliability of information published on APPs, electronic platforms and websites (collectively, “Application”), be alert to fraudulent news published on the Application, pay attention to the safety of funds, and avoid making investments and payments on unreliable and unsafe Application.
The Amundi Asset Management Group hereby clarifies that only the following four official channels to access information of the Amundi Asset Management Group are available in the public domain in Mainland China and/or Hong Kong.

Note: Amundi BOC Wealth Management Co. Ltd. ("Amundi BOC") and ABC-CA Fund Management Co. Ltd. ("ABC-CA"), both registered in Mainland China, are joint ventures established by the Amundi Asset Management Group and relevant institutions in Mainland China, and are regulated by the CBIRC and the CSRC respectively. Amundi BOC and ABC-CA operate independently in accordance with the laws. The information related to the investment products of the Amundi Asset Management Group, Amundi Hong Kong, Amundi Beijing published by them may be false or fraudulent.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Amundi Asset Management Group does not develop, operate or manage a mobile application (APP) called "Amundi APP" in Mainland China or Hong Kong, nor does it hold a "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Member Trading License" in the name of the Amundi Asset Management Group.
The Amundi Asset Management Group, Amundi Hong Kong and Amundi Beijing do not and will not sell investment products to investors in Mainland China and Hong Kong through our Application, nor have we and will we receive any payment from investors through our Application.
