2019 - Amundi Investment Advisory (Beijing) Company Limited (WFOE) was set up in Beijing
2020 - Amundi Private Fund Management (Beijing) Company Limited (QDLP) was set up in Beijing
2008 - Amundi set up the joint venture ABC-CA Fund Management Company Limited1 in 2008 in Shanghai
2020 - Amundi set up the joint venture Amundi BOC Wealth Management Company Limited2, the first foreign majority-owned wealth management company, in Shanghai
Remarks:
1. Currently, Agricultural Bank of China holds a 51.67% stake, Amundi holds a 33.33% stake and Chalco Capital holds a 15% stake.
2. Currently, Amundi holds a 55% stake, while BOC Wealth Management holds a 45% stake.
